Stone-ground grits with sauteed shrimp, shallots, heirloom tomato, charred tomato butter sauce, and crispy pancetta.
Steak and Eggs
Chimichurri sirloin served with two eggs and Derby potatoes.
Short Rib Grilled Cheese
Slow-braised short rib with pickled onion and Gruyere cheese, finished with BBQ crema. Topped with an over-easy egg and microgreens.
